The Waterloo Inn will be reopening from September 14th for night trade, see their website for further details and to make a reservation.

Within the Waterloo Hotel lies The Waterloo Inn, headed by chef Zac and his partner Alex, expect honest, contemporary fare designed to share or to enjoy all to yourself.

The Waterloo Inn's reputation is largely built on feeding its customers very well indeed (so, book ahead because the locals and tourists alike are very proactive when it comes to securing tables). There’s passion by the plate-load and nattering with any of the team members will fire you up for food. Alex and Zac have a small holding farm at their house, work with local foragers and can get overwhelmingly excited about new dishes.

As such, the menu changes frequently, depending on the whims of the chef, fresh-that-day produce and season. And, on Sundays, a three course Sunday lunch tradition is religiously followed, with Lamb Shoulder from Littlewood Lamb in Richmond, or a beef short rib with peppercorn jus from Cape Grim.
